I have gotten behind in my blogging, so I am going to give you a recap over the last month...
• ONE YEAR OLD PICTURES •
We had our one year old pictures made by Mr.
Othel at
Anding Photography in Etta, MS. The boys did really great, but believe it or not
Colton was more photogenic this time than Ben. Ben wasn't to sure about the whole process. He is the type person that has to warm up to you, as for
Colton he likes everyone.

•PUMPKIN PATCH•
We took the boys to the Pumpkin Patch for the first time and I believe it ended up being the hottest day of the year. We were all sweating like crazy. The boys loved looking at all of the animals and petting a few of them. All-in-all we had a great time and came home with 4 pumpkins.

• HALLOWEEN•For Halloween the boys were dressed as Dinosaurs. When we first put the costumes on them, they weren't real sure about them, and their balance was off from that big oh belly on the costume. Ben got dressed first and literally just rolled around in the floor and Colton wanted to chase after him because he looked so funny. Once Colton finally got dressed both boys sat in the floor and laughed at each other. Not only did they laugh they started wrestling. How funny!

Our Halloween festivities started out on Friday with the boys Halloween party at daycare. They couldn't wear there costumes to daycare so the boys wore there one piece skeleton.
They were so cute! We trick-or-treated around our neighborhood on Saturday night and even strolled up to Mamaw & Papaw's house and Papaw Norris' house to get candy. Papaw Norris had to have his picture giving the boys candy.
On Sunday we had our Fall Festival at Church and we took the boys in there little red wagon and they played with there buddy Lexi.
• THANKSGIVING•
We had a great Thanksgiving this year! I was really worried about it since it was also going to be a very sad day without both of my grandmothers. My mom and I did all of the cooking this year, I made chicken-n-dressing and homemade caramel cake for the first time, I was so scared that they were going to be a flop, but they actual turned out quite nice. Would you believe we didn't take a single picture at Thanksgiving.... OH MY! I was to busy cooking, cleaning and chasing two little boys who put on a show for everyone. Plus, I think if we had, it would have reminded us more that Mamaw B & Mamaw Klue weren't there.
•WHAT I'M THANKFUL FOR•
I am so thankful for the wonderful husband (Jason) that I have, he loves me know matter what and always supports me. We tried for so long to have a baby and the good Lord above blessed us with two beautiful and perfect children to share our lives with. My parents who have given me the support and know how to raise my family in a Christian environment and to know that without God we are nothing. My in-laws are pretty cool too.... Thanks for all that you do! I also have the best friend in the whole world, Kari, without her I'd be lost, 25 years together is a lifetime. Last but not least... I can't forget the boys Uncle Nathan, Aunt Mendy and Uncle Lee, what would we do without you. I have been so blessed and have so much to be thankful for!
I promise to do better in the month of December! - Emily
