This year was a very special and exciting Mother's Day for me. This time last year I was an expectant mother, pregnant for the first time and could only imagine how great it would be to be able to look at my children and thank God for my "two" perfect and beautiful babies.

The Family

Today at church was baby dedication, it was a very special thing because my Mom & Dad, Grandparent's Medlin, Uncle Ronny & Great Aunt Becky & Ralph came to support the babies, we even took up two rows at church. :) Jason's dad was suppose to come, but he had a fender bender and totaled his car, so he wasn't able to make it. I wish Jason's mom lived closer so she could have come to, but she is on the count down to get out of the military so she will make up for lost time then.
My mother's day present this year was a very special gift that Jason got me. It was a piece of pottery with the boys actual footprints in it from Broken Vessel Pottery in Ingomar, MS.
Below are the pictures from when we had there footprints put on it:
Ben went first.... he wasn't to sure about it in the beginning so his first foot print is a little messed up, but by the time we did the other foot he liked it.... it was a perfect footprint.

Ben after his footprints were done.

Ben waiting to go home, while he plays with his feet.

Colton's turn... he pretty much did the same thing as Ben on the first foot print, then he was ready to put his feet in the clay over and over.

Colton getting his feet cleaned off.

Colton ready to go home.
"THE FINISHED PRODUCT"

Thanks so much to my wonderful husband & Broken Vessel Pottery for my beautiful 1st Mother's Day present with the help of my sweet boys. I look forward to many more Mother's day's to come. :)
Happy Mother's Day!
